It is known for its smooth, well-balanced umami flavor with toasty, nutty notes, achieved through a high-temperature firing process and stone-milling. The matcha is hand-plucked, traditionally stone-milled, and air-freighted to ensure freshness. It's a vibrant green powder, vegan, gluten-free, and contains no added sugar.
